As you may have known by now, humankind actually came into contact with diamonds at least 3,000 years ago which is when the first diamonds were discovered as they usually are discovered around 200km or so underground. These diamonds are usually brought up to the surface through the volcanic magma eruptions that are said to force them out from the underground at incredible speeds. Such an event was also reported back in 2012-2013 at the Tolbachik volcano from the Kamchatka Peninsula from Russia as a series of small diamonds appeared out of nowhere near it.
