Rui Severino We haven’t heard about it BUT let’s think for a second, how can there be an OUTBREAK in a country in LOCKDOWN. There might be someone infected with a new Coronavirus, i don’t know, BUT calling it an OUTBREAK in China has to be a bit strange in my view. Plus all positive cases are going from airport to a medical institution, they are not let go to make their own isolation, the authorities do it. So i don’t know, doesn’t make sense to be a new OUTBREAK
