There are many ways to force “the soul of a nation being torn away”. One is to kill their best; another is to oust their best and fill the system with such mediocre people, in such vast quantities, that most decent citizen will want little to do with politics.
Are we going to continue as silent bystanders, potential future slaves of more than one type, or are we going to stand up to say “enough is enough” and intervene with ideas for a better future, born out of critical thinking? And work hard to make those ideas happen?
