Facts should always drive theories, not the other way around. Test, test and test. anyone opposing this is an ignorant or an idiot.
Note: Currently, Germany is executing 350.000 tests on each week. Furthermore, the development and execution of tests should be allocated to the best Universities and R&D institutions, with appropriate immediate financing, as Germany did, not companies as the US is doing.
