Impressive developments in only 4 years! Electrification, sealed roads, modern bridge, irrigation system, increase in agriculture output, local trade, Govt services like health care and education. A five star hotel to be managed by a Singapore group. In addition a first class fully equipped hospital should open its doors soon.

Oe-cusse dramatic transformation shows what a wise, competent, firm leadership can deliver. And it shows what a united leadership working towards common national good can achieve. Oe-cusse isolated by geography and history from the rest of Timor-Leste, mired in poverty, now stands out as an example of what good leadership can achieve.
