O TRISTE FIM DA AZORES AIRLINES

O primeiro prego no caixão da Azores Airlines
Eu GATO que me prezo, estou deveras preocupado, foram hoje abertas as propostas de venda da Azores Airlines (AA). Afinal e contra aquilo que a Administração e o Governo nos venderam só houve 2 propostas as quais foram entregues hoje, ou seja no limite máximo permitido por Lei, e já, com uma décalage de 30 dias.
As duas propostas fizeram os meus pêlos ficarem eriçados, os bigodes esticados e as garras de fora, isto porque quem concorreu foi uma empresa turística chamada de Newtours (vale a pena ver a sua página na internet) com escritórios em Ponta Delgada, Lisboa, mas cujos serviços não são mais do que o que muitas agências de Viagens propõem, pior, eu pelo menos nunca ouvi falar em tal empresa.
Quanto ao segundo candidato, pouco ou nada se sabe a não ser um Fundo, e dos Fundos eu desconfio sempre, normalmente vivem do desmembramento das empresas que adquirem, vendendo os Activos e abrindo falências do que não é rentável.
Ou seja, será mesmo o fim da AA, mas o Governo vai a vender nem que seja por 1€, pois assim livra-se do “Bicho” e das suas dívidas e não será acusado como o foi o PS/A de manter um “Elefante Branco” na sala, e ao mesmo tempo, dando um rebuçado ao Barata e seu querido IL, no entanto, para que os açorianos não se sintam ludibriados, tentará junto da TAP, ter garantias desta companhia aérea, vir a cumprir com a maioria das operações que a AA detinha.
Ao falar da maioria das operações, é evidente que a TAP só aceitará aquelas que forem rentáveis, quanto às outras que se lixem, ou seja Santa Maria, Pico, Faial e algumas da Terceira e mesmo por exemplo São Miguel Praia ou Madeira irão simplesmente desaparecer.
Isto são simples conjecturas, mas estarão muito longe da realidade?
