Além do vento, as chuvas intensas prometem marcar presença no arquipélago. May be an image of mountain

  • O mundo não está preparado. A próxima erupção vulcânica massiva vai causar o caos

Significant changes in the world will happen in the very near future. These changes will have profound impact on humanity. For example, petrol stations will disappear just like video stores did. Here are some predicted changes.
    1. Car repair shops, lubricants, and radiators will disappear.
    2. Petrol/diesel engines consisting of 20.000 pieces. While the electric car engines have 20 pieces, sold with a lifetime warranty, they are repaired at the dealer. It only takes 10 minutes to unlock and replace.
    3. Broken electric vehicle engines will be repaired in a regional robot repair workshop.
    4. When your electric motor breaks down, you head to a station like a car wash station, you pull your car in with your coffee and you come out with a new electric motor!
    5. Gasoline pumps will be gone.
    6. You will have electricity distribution meters with electric charging stations on the streets (started with the First World).
    7. The biggest smart car companies have allocated money to start building plants that produce only electric cars.
    8. The coal industries will disappear. And the gas/oil companies stopped. Drilling and mining of oil will stop.
    9. Houses will produce and store electricity during the day for use and resell to the grid. The grid stores and distributes it to industries with high electricity consumption. Has anyone seen TESLA roof top?
    10. A child today will see current cars in museums. The future is approaching faster than we imagine.
    11. In 1998, Kodak had 170000 employees and sold 85% of its production was from photopaper worldwide. Within two years their business model disappeared and they went bankrupt. Who thought this was gonna happen?
    12. What happened to Kodak and Polaroid will happen to several industries in the next 5-10 years.
    13. Did you think in 1998 that 3 years later, pictures won’t be shot on film? With smartphones who owns a camera these days?
    14. Digital cameras were invented in 1975. The first camera contained 10,000 pixels, but it followed Moore’s law. As with all the technologies disappointed a while and then got much better cushions.
    15. This will happen again (faster) with AI, health, autonomous cars, electric, education, 3D printing, agriculture, and jobs.
    16. The author of the book Shock of the Future said Welcome to the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
    17. Software has shut down and most traditional industries will shut down in the next 5-10 years.
    18. UBER software has no car, it is the largest taxi company in the world! Who would have thought that would happen?
    19. Airbnb is now the biggest hotel company in the world, even though it owns no property. Did the Hilton Hotels see that coming?
    20. Artificial Intelligence: Computers have become better at understanding the world.. This year PC beats the best player in the world (10 years earlier than expected).
    21. Young USA lawyers are not getting jobs because of Watson IBM, which offers you legal advice in seconds with 90% accuracy compared to 70% accuracy in humans. So if you study law, stop immediately. Lawyers will decrease 90% in the future and specialists will remain in only.
    22. Watson helps doctors diagnose cancer (4 times more accurate than doctors).
    23. Facebook now has a face recognition program (better than humans). In 2030 computers will be smarter than humans.
    24. Self driving cars: The first self driving car appeared. And in 2 years the whole industry will change. You won’t wish to own a car anymore because you will call a car with your phone and it will appear and drive you to your destination.
    25. Your car won’t stop, you’ll pay for the distance driven, you’ll produce while driving. Kids these days will never get drivers licenses and never own a car.
    26. This is going to change our cities, we’ll need 90-95% fewer cars. The former parking spaces will be transformed into green gardens.
    27. Over 1.2 million people die each year from car accidents around the world including reckless driving or drunk driving. We now have one accident every 60k miles. With self-driving, accidents will go down to a single accident every 6 million miles. This will save a million people a year.
    28. Most traditional car companies will undoubtedly go bankrupt. They’re going to try the evolutionary approach and only build a better car, and the tech companies (Tesla, Apple and Google) will adopt a revolutionary approach to a computer on wheels (smart electric cars).
    29. Volvo ditched the internal combustion engines in its cars and replaced them with only electric and hybrid engines.
    30. Volkswagen and Audi Engineers. Absolutely terrified of (Tesla) and so should be. Look at all the companies offering electric cars. This was not known just a few years ago.
    31. Insurance companies are going to have big problems because the costs will become cheaper without accidents. The car insurance business model will disappear.
    32. The real estate will change. Because by working on the go, people will give up their towers and move far for more beautiful, affordable neighborhoods.
    33. In 2030 electric cars will dominate. And cities will be less noisy, and their air will be much cleaner.
    34. Electricity will become incredibly cheap and clean. Solar energy production has remained and will increase significantly.
    35. Fossil Fuel companies are trying to restrict home solar plants access to the grid to prevent competition, but that simply can’t go on – technology is coming. Green energy either from green hydrogen or from non-polluting sources for the environment and green cities, and nuclear reactions will end in most countries of the world.
    36. Health: Tricorder X price will be announced this year. There are companies that are going to build a medical device (called the “Tricorder” from Star Trek) that works on your phone, that takes retina examination and your blood sample and you breathe it. It analyzes 54 biological markers that identify almost any disease. There are dozens of mobile apps currently available for various purposes.
