MANIPULAÇÃO PESSOAL – The seductive power of uniforms and cult dress codes

This is very interesting. The “seductive power” provided by specific dress codes is evident in many different instances, starting with Islam. The Khoran does not establish any dress code and the imposition of partial and total body coverings for women, for example, has no religious justification and is completely explained by a cult-like logic imposed by the power mongering of self-illuminated men. Another evidence of human control and oppression.

We need to educate people to develop a strong and human “I” that uses critical thinking and creativity as fuel. The absence of such “I” makes people very vulnerable to manipulation and abuse.

I am absolutely opposed to “identity politics”, as this bizarre concepts moves cult-like physical dress codes to the realm of ideas, making manipulation, control and oppression even more efficient. Human beings do not have an identity but many, and they stand behind our culture; furthermore, they evolve with time as we learn and adapt. However, by far the most important identity is “Homo sapiens sapiens”; all others are superficial and circumstantial, except in the deviant minds of manipulators.

While most of us have never fallen prey to a cult, that doesn’t mean we’ve escaped their allure entirely.
